Green Updates from the Block

2009 has been a quick start year for those of us in real estate. With the first time home buyer tax credit of 8k and the energy tax credits for both residential and commercial real estate there are more than enough reasons for buyers to get off the fence. Here is a great website that gives the tax incentives per state...yippee! A clearinghouse of savings in my book!

The www.michellebee.com website was update and relaunched in late February so please click on and check out all of the new additions including a "green" link with great energy saving tips and links. Bee Green...Save Green!!!

www.thegreenrealestatereport.com is gathering some great minds together to share green events in and around Florida and sharing updates on homes that are green...love looking at those photos.

You can now follow me on www.twitter.com/greenrealtorfla I am tweeting a few times per day...and for your Realtors out there...you should be tweeting ...great for business!

I will be doing several workshops this month and next for the Miami Dade board of Realtors...for Realtors! The theme is "How to Survive and Thrive in Today's Real Estate Market" and trust me it is chock full of great ideas on how to turn you business around in 30 days or less! And start doing closings monthly! Lots of extra's too on social networking and creating a brand for yourself.
Realtors...for more info, email me directly!

Consumers... calling all first time home buyers...weekly workshops and webinars in the South Florida area. FREE to buyers! Email me for the schedule!

So I have to comment on this water dog that the Obama's are getting...those of you that know me know that I have 3 adopted dogs...always excitement in my house.

I think the only thing that would make the Obama's new puppy even better is if there was a way to have him be saving energy somehow at the White House lol! Maybe they will set up a little "puppy" treadmill and somehow have the energy from that turn on a laptop or something!

The best website of the week is www.greenandsave.com check it out...fabulous green and energyefficiency ideas.

Think Green...Bee Green!
